For positions within the brewery first priority will be given to accomplished brewers with a true knowledge and passion for fine beer of all styles.  Coupled with this should be the skills it takes to working within a dynamic and teamwork-oriented environment.
For sales positions, an expert appreciation for fine beer is a must coupled with the characteristics essential to identify new clients and then follow-through with a high level of service.
